Top Drug Personality in the regional Drug is now be facing charges for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 after he was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Baguio City on March 25, 2022.
According to police reports the suspect was identified as Rodel Mirafuentes Lingganay, 35.
Lingganay was arrested by joint operatives of Regional PNP Drug Enforcement Unit, BCPO Pacdal Police Station (PS3), CIDG Baguio, and PDEA-CAR after he sold to an operative acting as poseur-buyer one plastic cellophane containing suspected shabu weighing 85 grams worth P578, 000.00.
Markings and inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered were conducted on-site in the presence of the arrested suspect and witnesses.
