Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte- At about 5:20PM of November 13, 2018, the Intelligence and Warrant Personnel of Dipolog City Police Station led by Police Inspector Rene Borgonia Sagan-Chief, Intelligence, arrested one Franz Lloyd Antonio Antivo, 18 years old, single, Grade 10 student and a resident of Purok Nipa, Barangay Minaog, Dipolog City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of RTC9, Branch 7, Dipolog City dated November 7, 2018 for the crime of Slight Physical Injuries (2 counts) with a total bail bond of Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000.00). The said person was arrested at his above-mentioned residence through an intelligence driven operation and is now under police custody of Dipolog City Police Station for proper disposition.(Lyza Merille Bautista)
